From across this grey land...

(Dead but dreaming)

To write something about myself is always pretty difficult for me. I mean, what should
I write about me? So, I thought to give you a short run-down of my life so far.

Well, let's start here. I was born in Germany almost at the end of the Vietnam War in
the year 1974. In the first year of the apprentice-ship I brought mf first E-Guitar
 and all through long 3 year Catering Collage I had enough time to learn how to play it.
 Ones finished my apprentice-ship I moved out and worked in Switzerland for a while.
I lived there with very talented musicians and learned allot about the art of making music together.
In Switzerland I also discovered the confidences to write poetry and short stories. 
Most of my spare time I spend reading books, practicing my guitar and enjoyed
long walks. I had a great time over there, I can tell you.

After I finished the 1½ year working contracted I moved over to England in the
summer of '97.  For the first 2 years I worked in Oxford where I found most of my
inspiration in the creativity of writing. I guess it had to with the
medieval backdrop and history of Oxford itself
that I fevered the Gothic/Horror and Fantasy theme in my musical style
and as well in the approach of my writing.
 Gothic and Dark Romantic played always a major part in my lifestyle, even
before I actually got to know some of the Goth scene.

Since than I life and work by Swindon. I enjoy long hiking tours or bicycle rides on my holidays
or my off-days. If I'm not somewhere outdoors that I can be found in computer online games.
At the moment I'm pretty active in the Shadow Company Elite Clan (SCE) and Lt. in the
SWAT 4 division. From Lt. I went to the SWAT 4 Division Commander right after that.
Since SIERRA stopped to support they SWAT franchise I moved on to the
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six VEGAS game series from developer UBISOFT.
I acted as the R6VEGAS Division Commander in SCE for some time.
Due to mayor health issues and time-zone differences I decided to give up this
position. I am still a active member of this SCE clan and play when ever
the time allows it.

Away from my PC there is still an on-going "Organic Landscape" music project in the
progress. This one needs a lot of free time and devotion.
I am getting more and more involved into music making in the past few months.
There is still my "Organic Landscape" music project running in the
background but I'm more active
at the moment in a dark/gloomy "Post-Rock" style. The first 4 tracks are finished on
paper and will be recorded at home `hopefully` soon!
(My poor house mates....) Lol!

Yea, there is also a new E-guitar on the way as well. A nice Ibanez RG321 has join my guitar.    :->

Well, I haven't written much since a bit. At the moment I study hard for my
Amateur Radio Foundation Licence. Yee!
I'll let you know my "Call sign" once I pass the exam. Wish me luck.
Soon i shall include a "HAM Radio" tab on the left hand side under all the other tabs.
Not quite sure about the exact layout but don't worry, I fine something.
